A starter package connects your club software to the systems at your club. You receive an installation cabinet that is already assembled and pre-configured for your club, ready to be connected by your own electrical installer or by us.

For clubs with an existing access control system
Your doors open for people who booked or are members. The G1 connects your club software to your existing door control.

Upgrade for the Access starter package
With SmartClub Entry, players scan the QR code of their booking at the entrance, or use a PIN or NFC card. The display shows straight away whether someone may enter, and why not. That saves questions at the bar.

Save energy
Forgotten lights quickly burn for hours for nothing. With lighting management the lights follow the bookings: on at the start, off at the end. Further energy-saving solutions are possible as well, such as for climate and energy management.
Control based on use is on the Dutch Recognised Energy Saving Measures List (EML). Whether a measure is mandatory for your club depends on your energy use. Read more at RVO

We check your details and your systems, and send an order confirmation.
You receive the installation cabinet assembled and pre-configured for your club. Your own electrical installer or Eventlogic connects power and network, and with lighting management also the lighting.
Once connected, we bring the connection to your club software live. After that we support you remotely.
