What does this mean for your club?

Digital access before arrival

Players receive digital access through SmartClub Accessprovider before their reservation. At SmartClub Entry they can use a personal PIN or QR code within the configured access period.

The facility follows the booking

Alongside access, a booking can activate the right court lighting. With connected building systems, climate, audio and energy can also respond to the scheduled use of the facility.

Light on the right court

Light the right court, hall or zone around the reserved time slot. Changes and cancellations are taken into account so lighting does not remain on unnecessarily.

Access for the right player

Give players access based on a valid booking. Define when they can enter and which doors or zones are included in their reservation.

Building systems working together

Connect audio, energy, climate, ventilation, alarms, shading and irrigation to the schedule. A training session can activate different settings from a match or event.

Play without a staffed reception

Let players book, enter and play independently. Access, lighting and facilities follow the booked time slot, supporting longer opening hours without a permanent reception.

Anticipate energy use

Make future bookings available to the EMS as expected energy demand. The energy management system can plan ahead for battery storage, solar generation, peak loads and dynamic tariffs.
